Scottsdale, AZ, December 14, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Computer Guidance Corporation, a leading developer of ERP software solutions for the construction industry, announced today the successful completion of a Report on Controls at a Service Organization Relevant to Security, Availability and Confidentiality that provides assurance that controls specific to managed hosted services were suitably designed and operated effectively during the period from October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016. The engagement was performed based on the Service Organization Controls (SOC) 2, as defined by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Audit.
The completion of the SOC engagement resulted in the issuance of an unqualified opinion by the audit firm, CliftonLarsonAllen LLP as of November 29, 2016. The auditors’ opinion provides assurance to users of Computer Guidance Corporation’s Cloud-based Hosted eCMS ERP Solution that, as a result of rigorous testing, controls related to the security and availability of systems and protection of data were in compliance with design for the engagement period based on control objectives defined by management.
